Ihre Aufgaben:
Wir suchen ab sofort einen engagierten Werkstudenten zur Verstärkung unseres internationalen Teams am Standort Karlsruhe. Im Bereich Productivity sind wir verantwortlich für den globalen Erfolg von cloud-basierten Anwendungen für professionelle Kommunikation und Kollaboration. Sie erwarten spannende Einblicke und Entwicklungsmöglichkeiten im internationalen IT und SMB Umfeld. Wir freuen uns auf Ihre tatkräftige Unterstützung im Tagesgeschäft sowie bei Projekten und Vermarktungsaktivitäten. Natürlich bieten wir den Freiraum neue Themen einzubringen und eigenständig an diesen zu arbeiten.
- Erstellen von Reportings für kommerzielle und Produkt-KPIs sowie Durchführung von Analysen.
- Marktbeobachtung und Erstellen von internationalen Markt- und Wettbewerbsanalysen sowie Ableitung von Handlungsempfehlungen für das Management.
- Operative Unterstützung bei der internationalen Vermarktung unseres Produktportfolios.
- Unterstützung bei der Erarbeitung von Produkteinführungsstrategien und Kalkulation von Business Cases.
- Übernahme von kleinen Projekten und Durchführung in Abstimmung mit dem Produktmanager.
Das wünschen wir uns:
Sie studieren Betriebswirtschaft, Wirtschaftsinformatik o.ä. mit der Vertiefungsrichtung Marketing und konnten idealerweise bereits erste Erfahrungen in den Bereichen Strategie, Produktmanagement, Marketing und Vertrieb von digitalen Produkten sammeln.
- Schnelle Auffassungsgabe und eine analytische Denkweise.
- Hohes Maß an Ziel- und Ergebnisorientierung.
- Neugierde und Proaktivität.
- Sie sind im hohen Maße teamfähig.
- Gute Kenntnisse im Umgang mit Microsoft Excel und PowerPoint.
- Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift. Weitere Fremdsprachen sind ein Vorteil.
- Als Werkstudent*in stehen Sie uns bis zu 20h / Woche zur Verfügung.
Ihre Aufgaben:
We are looking for a dedicated working student to strengthen our international team in Karlsruhe. We are responsible for the global success of cloud-based applications for professional communication and collaboration. You can expect exciting insights and development opportunities in the international IT and SMB environment. We look forward to your active support in day-to-day business as well as in projects and marketing activities. Of course, we offer the freedom to introduce new topics and to work on them independently.
Maintasks are:- Creating reports for commercial and product KPIs and performing analyses.
- Market observation and creation of international market and competition analyses as well as derivation of recommendations for action for the management.
- Operational support in the international marketing of our product portfolio.
- Support in the development of product launch strategies and calculation of business cases.
- Taking on small projects and carrying them out in coordination with the product manager.
Das wünschen wir uns:
You are studying business administration, business informatics or similar subject with a major in marketing and ideally have already gained initial experience in the areas of strategy, product management, marketing and sales of digital products.
In addition to that, you bring:- Quick comprehension and an analytical mindset.
- High degree of goal and result orientation.
- Curiosity and proactivity.
- You are a team player to a high degree.
- Good skills in the use of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Very good English skills, both written and spoken. Other foreign languages are an advantage.
- As a working student you are available for up to 20 hours per week.
