Aufgrund unseres starken Wachstums suchen wir derzeit Verstärkung für unser Logging as a Service Team. Das Team konzentriert sich auf die Entwicklung und Pflege von Dienstleistungen für das Logging Management für unsere Kund*innen. Diese Dienste reichen von Log-Agenten wie fluent Bit und syslog über Log-Prozessoren und Datenbanken bis hin zu anderen Angeboten zur Log-Analyse. Zusammen mit anderen Teams ist das LaaS-Team für den gesamten Lebenszyklus unserer Logging-Services verantwortlich - von der Entwicklung über die Bereitstellung bis hin zum Betrieb.

• Programmierung überwiegend in Golang (Kubernetes Operators, REST APIs, libraries und andere Tools).
• Entwurf von Lösungen sowie Bereitstellung neuer Features für unsere Kund*innen.
• Weiterentwicklung und Pflege der kompletten Toolchain (z. B. Helm Charts, Github Actions, GitOps).
• Solide Kenntnisse u.a. in Logging, Tracing, Profiling und Monitoring.
• Definition der Servicestruktur in der Cloud-Umgebung (Kubernetes).
• Gemeinsam mit Ihren Kolleg*innen überarbeiten Sie die Service-Architektur und implementieren Komponenten in Golang.

• Sie haben Erfahrung in der Entwicklung, im Testen, Prüfen sowie Bereitstellen von ausgereiftem Code, vorzugsweise in Golang.
• Sie haben praktische Erfahrung mit Cloud-Technologien wie Kubernetes oder AWS.
• Erfahrung mit Kubernetes-Container-Orchestrierung, Kubernetes-Operatoren, Controllern, CRDs und Helm-Charts.
• Erfahrung mit dem Betrieb und der Fehlerbehebung von Produktionsumgebungen, einschließlich Überwachung, Alarmierung und Protokollanalyse.
• Sie sind mit Linux vertraut.
• Sie arbeiten gerne im Team und arbeiten Lösungen gemeinsam mit Ihren Kolleg*innen aus.
• Fließende Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.

These services range from log agents such as fluent Bit and rsyslog to log processors, and databases, and other log analysis offerings. Together with other teams, the LaaS team is responsible for the entire life cycle of our logging services - from construction to delivery and operation. • Programming (mostly) in Golang (Kubernetes Operators, REST APIs, libraries, and other tools).
• Designing solutions and providing new features for our customers.
• Developing, improving, and maintaining the complete toolchain (e.g. Helm Charts, Github Actions, GitOps).
• Solid application instrumenting skills (e.g. Logging, Tracing, Profiling, Monitoring).
• Defining the service structure in Cloud Environment (Kubernetes).
• Together with the team you rethink service architecture and implement components in Golang.

• Experience developing, testing, reviewing, and deploying well-engineered code, preferably in Golang.
• You have practical experience with cloud technologies such as Kubernetes or AWS.
• Experience with Kubernetes container orchestration, Kubernetes operators, controllers, CRDs, and helm charts.
• Experience operating and troubleshooting production environments, including monitoring, alerting & log analysis.
• Experience with the Linux operating system.
• You don’t hesitate to ask questions but also like to figure things out by yourself, always with an adaptive and solution-orientated mindset.
• You have excellent oral, written, and presentation skills in English.
