• Als Führungskraft bist Du für die fachliche, disziplinarische und ergebnisorientierte Führung eines neu gegründeten Teams mit 6 Mitarbeitenden zuständig.
• Zusammen mit Deinem Team verantwortest Du den Betrieb und die Weiterentwicklung unserer inhouse Big Data Plattform.
• Du wirkst bei der Gestaltung der nächsten Generation unseres Open-Source basierten Tech Stack mit.
• Du koordinierst proaktiv Entstört-Maßnahmen im Rahmen unseres Incident-Managements und Kapazitäten.
• Dir sind die Entwicklung Deines Teams und Deiner Mitarbeitenden hin zu einer eigenständigen Arbeitsweise ein großes Anliegen.

• Durch Deine bisherige praktische Erfahrung im IT Operations konntest Du Dir gute Kenntnisse in Software- und Systemarchitektur, Linux-Distributionen und Netzwerken aneignen.
• Du bringst bereits Kenntnisse in den Bereichen Infrastructure-as-Code, Instrumentierung und Monitoring von verteilten Systemen, Hochlast- und Hochverfügbarkeit und Config-Management mit.
• Idealerweise warst Du bereits im System- oder Netzwerkbetrieb tätig und hast Erfahrungen mit Big Data Technologien wie Hadoop, ELK Stack, Apache Kafka und statischen Webservern gesammelt.
• Analytisches Denken, Kommunikations- und Durchsetzungsvermögen, ausgeprägte Dienstleistungsorientierung und sehr gute Englischkenntnisse runden Dein Profil ab.

You have a technical degree or comparable, relevant professional experience? Your goal is to empower your employees? • With your servant leadership mindset, you have a holistic view and build lasting and resilient relationships of trust.
• Through your previous practical experience in IT Operations, you have been able to acquire a good knowledge of software and system architecture, Linux distributions and networks.
• You already bring knowledge in the areas of Infrastructure-as-Code, instrumentation and monitoring of distributed systems, high load and high availability and config management.
• Ideally, you have worked in systems or network operations and have experience with Big Data technologies such as Hadoop, ELK Stack, Apache Kafka, and static web servers.
• Analytical thinking, communication and assertiveness skills, strong service orientation and very good English skills complete your profile.
