• Führung und Coaching von agil, cross-funktional arbeitenden Test Engineers.
• Mitgestaltung und Umsetzung der Teststrategie sowie Entwicklung einer zukunftsträchtigen, innovativen Testarchitektur.
• Bereitstellung der Testinfrastruktur für die Business Units Service Development und Applications Development sowie enge Zusammenarbeit mit dessen Software- und mobile Developing Teams (iOS und Android).
• Konzeptionierung von bereichsweiten Standards insbesondere für Implementierung und Reporting von Testautomatisierung.
• Ansprechpartner*in für Produktmanagement und Entwicklung zu allen QA relevanten Themen.

Du verfügst über ein technisches Studium oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation? Du hast selbst Software entwickelt oder warst als Test Engineer tätig? Quality ist Deine Passion und Du hast bereits fachlich oder disziplinarisch ein agiles, cross-funktionales Team gesteuert? Du siehst Dich als Agile Leader und kannst Andere begeistern und motivieren? • Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Testmanagement, der Testautomatisierung oder der Softwareentwicklung im Webumfeld.
• Gute Kenntnisse von nicht funktionalen bzw. funktionalen Tests sowie mit manuellen und automatisierten Softwaretests in einem agilem Entwicklungsumfeld.

• Leadership and coaching of agile, cross-functional working Test Engineers and Test Automation Engineers.
• Co-design and implementation of the test strategy as well as development of a future-oriented, innovative test architecture.
• Providing test infrastructure for the Service Development and Applications Development business units in close collaboration with their web and mobile development teams.
• Conceptual design of unit-wide standards, especially for implementation and reporting of test automation.
• Contact person for product management and development on all QA relevant topics.

You have a technical degree or a comparable qualification? You have developed software yourself or worked as a test engineer? • Several years of experience in test management, test automation or software development in a web environment.
• Good knowledge of non-functional or functional tests as well as with manual and automated software tests in an agile development environment.
